2. What data we process and why

Through the demo request form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you write. We use them only to handle your request and, where applicable, to maintain any business relationship that may result. No automated decisions are taken and no profiles are created. You provide the data yourself when you submit the form.

3. Legal basis

Handling your demo request: the application of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). Maintaining professional contact with the company that writes to us: the controller's legitimate interest in managing communications between businesses (Art. 6.1.f GDPR), which we balance against your rights and freedoms and to which you may object at any time. We do not process your data to send you commercial communications you have not requested, nor do we add them to distribution lists.

4. Retention

If your request has no follow-up, we keep your data for up to 12 months from the last communication and then delete it. If a business relationship begins, we keep it for as long as it lasts and, once it has ended, blocked for the legally required periods to deal with possible liabilities.

5. Recipients

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. The form message is sent by email through IONOS, the owner's email service provider.

6. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@pharmatrace360.com. If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
